The George’s popular Carvery is served every Sunday from midday in our spacious Wylye Suite. Alternatively, you can simply join us for a pint of real ale in our oak-beamed bar or enjoy a tea, coffee or early evening tipple on the banks of the river. With Stonehenge and Longleat within a short driving distance, The George is the perfect place to stay to explore these historic sites. The 18th century landscape garden and Palladian mansion of Stourhead is also moments away.
